Description
My apologies if this is not the right place to ask this.
I would like to know whats new before I update the agent via my IDE. Unfortunately I can't really tell by looking at the releases, as its spammed with nightly builds. Neither can I derive it from commits, as there are just pages full of nightly config commits. And there is no changelog present to see what new features are there in a given release.
Anyone can point me in the right direction?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the repository's releases and the nightly-build commits to understand how changes are currently published. Determine where release-level feature summaries could be maintained and what information users need before updating through an IDE. Done means users can find the notable changes for a given release without parsing nightly configuration commits.
