Marketplace Configuration File is missing

Hey there, first of all thanks for this great collection of skills and tools!

Sadly, this repo ist needlessly hard to use with Junie CLI. As there ist no marketplace configuration file in this repo, on can not simply Install it as a marketplace under extensions in Junie CLI.
To me, this would be a great improvement of this repo's usability as one would not need to check out/update manually.

I'll post a PR when i find the time; otherwise, i'd be glad If you could take a glimse at it.

The issue names no existing file or test. Start by checking the repository root and Junie CLI's marketplace configuration requirements, then add the missing configuration so the repository can be installed and updated through Junie CLI's Extensions marketplace. Verify that Junie recognizes the repository as a marketplace.
