Container plugin for MPS Extensions on JetBrains plugin repository disappeared

I seem to recall that we used to have a nice "container plugin" with a dependency to all MPS extensions which enables convenient installation of all MPS Extensions at once. Now I can't seem to find it anymore. Did it get lost somewhere? I still think it's a good idea to have such a plugin.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by checking the JetBrains plugin repository and the MPS-extensions project history for the former container plugin and its extension dependencies. Done means determining whether it was removed and, if appropriate, defining a maintained plugin that installs all MPS Extensions together.
