Description
Ive been using your jetbrains Jdk specifically version OpenJDK Runtime Environment JBR-21.0.10+7-1163.110-nomod (build 21.0.10+7-b1163.110) and Im tirelessy trying to set the ui scaling of all java apps to 1.2 but java only goes to 1 or 2…even telling it -J-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=3 It opens as scaling 1…I dont know what else to do, I tried launching Netbeans and other jar swing apps with your parameters from help like -Dsun.java2d.uiScale= nothing works out. Only when i setted the backend to wayland with letting system scale apps from settings did i managed to partially fix it but fonts where pixalated...Even GTK_SCALE environment virables where ignored. I basically want a solution for xorg
**Steps to reproduce:**
netbeans -J-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.5
**Environment:**
KDE Plasma 6, Kubuntu 25.10

Research direction
Start by running the reported NetBeans command, `netbeans -J-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.5`, in the stated KDE Plasma 6 and Kubuntu 25.10 Xorg environment. Compare the observed Swing scaling with the Wayland behavior and the documented `sun.java2d.uiScale` parameter. Done means Java Swing applications apply a usable fractional scale such as 1.5 on Xorg without pixelated fonts.
