Strange formatting of extracted tweets

Hi everyone, me again!

So I'm aiming to extract 1000 tweets for a certain query using this code in the command line:

python GetOldTweets/Exporter.py --querysearch "marksandspencer plastic" --maxtweets 1000

However the formatting of the output file seems to be strange. An example of what the output looks like is as follows:

As you can see, it's not very user-friendly and I'm not sure how to rectify this issue. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you!
