You may also find the online Babel tool quite helpful if you wish to use ES6/ES7 syntax not yet supported by the browser you are using.

Start by reproducing the reported JSX namespace compile-time error in the react-select v5 CodeSandbox, using the mentioned TypeScript, React, @types/react, and @emotion/react versions. Confirm whether the issue comes from an outdated @emotion/react dependency and define done as a clean compile with the supported dependency versions.
