Description

Hey folks,

we have an app with react 17 and running now into the current issue using react-select.

export 'useInsertionEffect' (imported as 'React7') was not found in 'react' (possible exports: Children, Component, Fragment, Profiler, PureComponent, StrictMode, Suspense, __SECRET_INTERNALS_DO_NOT_USE_OR_YOU_WILL_BE_FIRED, cloneElement, createContext, createElement, createFactory, createRef, forwardRef, isValidElement, lazy, memo, useCallback, useContext, useDebugValue, useEffect, useImperativeHandle, useLayoutEffect, useMemo, useReducer, useRef, useState, version)
How we can avoid this?

Thanks for your help in advance.

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by checking where react-select imports useInsertionEffect and how React 17 compatibility is handled; done means the reported React 17 build error is resolved and covered by an appropriate verification.
