Description
When tested with NVDA screen reader in Firefox browser on windows 10 OS, the NVDA announces all the options together while navigating through options list via up/down arrow keys.
All the options together should not be announced by the NVDA screen reader. Instead only currently focused opinion should be announced.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with NVDA and Firefox on Windows 10 while moving through the options list with the up/down arrow keys. Trace the option focus and announcement behavior from the relevant React Select entry point; done means NVDA announces only the currently focused option, not all options together.
