Description

  let options = [
    { value: "Georgia", label: "Georgia" },
    ....
  ];

  const handleScroll = (e) => {
    console.log(e)
  }

  return (
    <div className="App">
      Hello World
      <ReactSelect
        name="test"
        onScroll={handleScroll}
        options={options}
      />
    </div>
  );

This is what my code looks like. but on the menu open, when I scroll, handleScroll function should invoked but its not.
