Description
https://codesandbox.io/s/spring-cache-2fkedh?file=/src/App.js (react-select 5.5.2)
- If I select a value on desktop (Mac Chrome) only the
onChangecallback is called. - If I select a value on mobile (Android Chrome) both
onChangeandonBlurcallbacks are called.
My expectation would be that only onChange would be called.

Research direction
Start with the linked CodeSandbox reproduction and compare react-select 5.5.2 behavior on desktop Chrome and Android Chrome. Trace the interaction path that invokes onChange and onBlur during mobile selection. Done means selecting a value on mobile matches the expected callback behavior without regressing desktop selection.
