Description
Version: react-select^5.2.2
Component: CreateableSelect / Multi-select text input (https://codesandbox.io/s/9xnvc?module=/example.tsx)
I found a similar issue #3557, which was resolved before. On current version, if I try to type あ, after the word is added to selection, but still remaining on the input value.

Research direction
Start with the CreateableSelect and multi-select text input behavior described in the linked CodeSandbox reproduction. Reproduce Japanese IME input using the あ character and inspect how the input value is handled after the word is added to the selection. Done means the committed Japanese text is added to the selection and no longer remains in the input.
