"Pull" image is becomes visible when the header has some transparency

When setting the header color to something with a transparency, and adding the `pull` action, the pull image/icon becomes visible. It means that it is always there… Is this the expected behaviour? Or maybe just something that slipped through?

Reproduce the issue by using a header with transparency together with the pull action, then trace how the header and pull image are rendered. Done means the pull image or icon follows the intended visibility behavior when header transparency is enabled.
