[Feedback appreciated] Sandboxed Localstorage for views

This is a potentially very powerful feature, powerful enough to deprecate the bug-prone `$params` and enable many more different use cases while staying secure.

Start with the linked Jasonette documentation issue 56 and review how the proposal relates to $params and view storage. The issue names no files, tests, or implementation boundary and asks for feedback rather than a patch; done would require an agreed design and documented follow-up.
