Short bash script for uvicorn and data download.

Current ML model is saved in drive.

While running the application on cloud major problems which one can faces are:
- [x] downloading the model hosted on cloud
- [x] starting the app with uvicorn. Easy though, but a bash script will be helpful.

Consider this as child issue of #3

Start with the cloud deployment setup and the existing application startup path using uvicorn; identify how the model is downloaded from its hosted location. Done means a short bash script handles both model download and application startup. The issue does not name a file or test, so the relevant entry points must first be located.
