Add alternative spelling of @kottmann's name

Description
Per https://github.com/JanusGraph/janusgraph/pull/146#issuecomment-327318479, we should add the alternative spelling of @kottmann's name so that it passes the CLA validation whether it uses the umlaut form or plain ASCII. The two valid names are "Joern Kottmann" and "Jörn Kottmann".
