Description
Support for Windows developers is not on par with other platforms.
- There is no `janusgraph.bat` for the quick start distribution
- There is no `cassandra.bat` for starting the Cassandra node
Windows is a fairly common platform for developers, but I don't think it is common/popular among developers in JanusGraph and TinkerPop. It would be great if we can find some Windows contributors to help improve to this.

Locate the quick start distribution and compare its existing platform startup scripts. Add Windows equivalents for janusgraph.bat and cassandra.bat, then run the quick start flow on Windows to verify both scripts start the expected services.
