Elastic search client certificate format

Do we really need to generate truststore, i started elasticsearch wich ECK operator on kubernetes.
Generated cert with cert manager and set it for operator to use for client connections.

Now i must use some trust-manager or other magics to generate JKS truststore ....

First trace how Elasticsearch client certificates and truststores are configured, then compare the expected JKS input with certificates generated by cert-manager for an ECK deployment. Done should clarify whether JKS is required and define the supported certificate format or configuration change.
