Per a [comment](https://github.com/JanusGraph/janusgraph/pull/1479#discussion_r283017725) in PR # 1479, it makes sense to move the `janusgraph.sh` instructions up to the getting started chapter since it fits better than the janusgraph server chapter.

Read the documentation sections for chapter 7 and the getting started chapter 3, then locate the janusgraph.sh instructions. Move those instructions into chapter 3 where they fit the getting started flow, and confirm chapter 7 no longer contains the duplicated material.
