Currently, the documentation about the interception script is located in two places.
- `docs/admin/developer/scripts`
- `docs/script-catalog`
This needs to be consolidated in one place, which as [per this chat](https://chat.gluu.org/group/documentation?msg=h2gYzBqakjx9eYeDq) should be under `script-catalog`.
