Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Everytime i make a new config i have to tell it to send a discord/slack message which is tedious and easy to get one of the mwrong.

Describe the solution you'd like
Project Settings specify hooks that can trigger a discord/slack message when a build is uploaded to steam.
