Description

Currently, Grobid is hosted by JabRef.

It should also be possible that users run a local GROBID instance "easily".

Either just share a deep link to the GROBID tutorial or write a short tutorial for ourselves. Including the JabRef configuration how to change the GROBID entpoint.

Research direction

Start by locating the user documentation section covering GROBID and review the existing GROBID tutorial linked from the issue. Add either a deep link or a short local-installation tutorial, including the JabRef configuration needed to change the GROBID endpoint; done means users can follow the documentation to run GROBID locally.
