Text to BibTeX entry conversion

Description
A conversion from a text reference to bibtex should be supported. One of the following possibilities should be included:
- text2bib - requires login
- FreeCite - seems to be free to use. Possibly, the latest fork https://github.com/academia-edu/free_cite should be used
- ParsCit. The WSDL does not validate. The latest source is maintained at https://github.com/knmnyn/ParsCit.
- apa2bib
