Description

Can't seem to get a self link for an index resource, eg. GET /posts/.

When pagination is enabled I get first, last, next, prev but no self. I'd like this so pagination links in the consuming can indicate the currently selected page.

Also tried to manually enable with:

  def custom_links(options)
    { self: options[:serializer].link_builder.self_link(self)}
  end

but no luck.

version 0.8.0.beta2

Research direction

Start by tracing how collection pagination links are generated for the GET /posts/ entry point and compare that path with the custom_links example in the issue. Done means an index resource includes a self link alongside first, last, next, and prev when pagination is enabled.
