Bi-Real-Net implementation

Could you share links or any information about the torch birealnet implementation you are using before onnx convertion?

A found [this](https://github.com/liuzechun/Bi-Real-net), but it uses fp convolutions and binary activation, which is hardly meaningful.

Compare whether it provides binary convolutions rather than only floating-point convolutions and document the relevant links or implementation details in the issue.
