Description

Would be nice to allow use of memoryview on .NET arrays, for example:

memoryview(System.Array[int]([1,2,3]))

This was supported with buffer in IronPython 2.

@BCSharp if you have any thoughts about this.

Research direction

Start by tracing the memoryview entry point and how System.Array values are exposed, then compare the earlier IronPython 2 buffer support. Define the expected behavior using memoryview(System.Arrayint) as the example; done means .NET arrays can be passed to memoryview with documented, tested semantics.
