Failures with IronPython but not CPython

list(_string.formatter_parser("{0!}}"))

Failures with CPython but not IronPython

list(_string.formatter_parser('{0.{:{.}.}}'))
list(_string.formatter_parser('{0.{:.}.}'))
list(_string.formatter_parser('{0.{!.:{.}.}}'))
list(_string.formatter_parser('{0.{!!:{.}.}}'))
list(_string.formatter_parser('{0[}'))
list(_string.formatter_parser('{0.[}'))

The failure messages also vary quite a bit.
