Description
Ran this by accident in powershell 6: ipy &. After a while my machine started to slow down and I noticed the background instance was eating up all my resources. Attached a debugger and it seemed to be continually throwing on Console.CursorTop (in SuperConsole.Cursor.Anchor).

Research direction
Start at the SuperConsole.Cursor.Anchor path mentioned in the report and reproduce ipy & under PowerShell 6 while observing the debugger behavior around Console.CursorTop. Done means the background interactive instance no longer enters a resource-consuming loop when Console.CursorTop throws.
