Research direction
Start with the IronPython.test_system_timers test and inspect how it runs in CI, since the report only identifies intermittent CI failures and no source file. Compare the failure with related issue #469 and establish a reproducible failure or timing condition. Done means the test is stable in CI without intermittent failures.
