Description
Create an action to release to the Ubuntu package repository. They have a [guide](https://packaging.ubuntu.com/html/getting-set-up.html) on how to do this. If other debian distros could easily be supported by the same action, make tickets for them as well.
Add install instructions to the README.md as well.
