Add notifications

Seems like this is going to be needed eventually, but I guess definitely not needed at the current MVP. really not sure how the schema needs to change for this one. Might be worth asking on the redwoodjs forums.

This issue probably can be broken down a little too, assuming we want to have email notifications as well as in app that can be done after in app notifications.
