Display * and - as • in lists

I love EasyMDE's live syntax highlighting. It would be even better if the `*` and `-` characters are rendered as `•` in lists.

What do you think?

If no, would you mind suggesting a starting point for implementing this feature in a fork? (I have limited experience in web development).
