Paste image from clipboard does not work

**Describe the bug**
Paste image does nothing

**To Reproduce**
Copy image to clipboard (the raw image from an image editor, not a url)
Attempt to Ctrl (or MAC Cmd) + V to paste in the editor. Context menu paste also should be an option.
Neither work and nothing happens when attempted

**Expected behavior**
Image flow should be initiated with the image on the clipboard

**Version information**
- OS: Windows 11, x64 Firefox browser, chrome browser, others not tested
- Latest MDE as of 2022-01-14, using jsdelivr in vanilla javascript application

Notes: Drag/drop and upload button work fine.

Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox and Chrome with a raw image copied from an image editor, using both Ctrl/Cmd+V and the context menu. Compare the clipboard behavior with the working drag/drop and upload flows. Done means pasting initiates the image flow without breaking the existing input methods.
