Description
There are benchmarks involving the exisiting BLS12-381 builtins [here](https://github.com/IntersectMBO/plutus/tree/master/plutus-benchmark/bls12-381-costs). We probably want to extend those to include the MSM functions so that we have some proof of the improvements that they enable.
