Description
PR input-output-hk/ouroboros-network#1705 closed Issue input-output-hk/ouroboros-network#1147, but it did not include a test case yet. I anticipate being able to find one that works on `master` after a couple more PRs.
This Issue tracks the technical debt of including a regression test case for Issue 1147.
