Activity history for GovTool users

Users of GovTool need to be able to see their own history on the app.

There are multiple actions any user could take over time, and these include:

- Delegation
- Voting
- Changing Dreps
- Being a Drep
- Retiring as a Drep
- Creating Governance Actions
- Retiring as a Voter
- Commenting on proposals (in the near future)

Most of these actions require a transaction to be made, and some require a deposit of ADA, which could be quite significant.
Therefore, users need to see their own activity history, similar to how a user at Ebay or Amazon would see their buying/selling history.

**User story**
As any connected user of GovTool, I want to see my activity history and the related transactions (if any) so that I can refer back to my votes, delegations, etc, and understand what I've been doing, and also where any deposits are held and their amounts.
