## Issue Summary
After the recent ratification of this action, I compared the vote breakdown from four different explorer and voting tools.
The exact numbers are different for different platforms.

The screenshot below shows the aggregated numbers I obtained by querying my own db-sync instance:

**Note** Here the threshold is calculate as `Yes/(Yes + No +Abstain + NotVoted)`
