### Context

Users are able to submit replies to comments in both the **Proposal Discussion Forum** and **Budget Proposals** sections. While the reply is successfully saved and displayed, a misleading red notification banner appears at the top of the screen saying: “Failed to comment”.

This issue has been observed across all environments (dev, QA, preview, preprod, and production).

### Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to a proposal or budget proposal with an existing comment.
2. Click the “Reply” button beneath a comment.
3. Enter a reply and submit it.
4. Observe the red notification at the top of the screen.

### Actual behavior

- Reply is saved and displayed correctly.
- A red notification appears saying “Failed to comment”.

### Expected behavior

- Reply is saved and displayed.
- No error message should appear if the operation was successful.
