## Description
In the **Live Voting** section, add a breakdown that shows how **direct voters** have voted on each Governance Action.

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] A breakdown of **direct voter** participation and choices is displayed alongside DRep, SPO, and CC data.
- [ ] Display includes total ADA weight and vote option distribution (Yes / No / Abstain).
- [ ] Breakdown is visible for each Governance Action currently in the live voting phase.

Start at the Live Voting section and trace how the existing DRep, SPO, and CC data is displayed. Add the direct-voter breakdown for each live Governance Action, including total ADA weight and Yes, No, and Abstain distribution; done when it appears alongside the existing data.
