Description

### Area

Delegation Pillar

### Domain

preview.gov.tools

### Which wallet were you using?

_No response_

### Context

While attempting to update my dRep details, I noticed that the image field in the edit dRep form is empty, despite an image being previously set for my dRep.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a dRep wallet that has an associated image or create a new dRep with an image.
2. Navigate to the "Edit dRep" form.
3. Observe the image field.

### Actual behavior

- The image field is empty in the edit dRep form, even though an image is associated with the dRep.

### Expected behavior

- The image field should display the existing dRep image (either as a URL or base64-encoded image) when the edit dRep form is opened.
