Regarding the landing page at https://gov.tools/budget_discussion :
* it would be good to facilitate browsing by maybe having a gird/list of project names.
* currently all proposals show up grouped by ?buckets (Core, Research, Governance, ). In case someone is looking for a proposal but doesn't know the bucket a proposal is in, we could have a way of ungrouping.
