Description
**List of Issues:**
1. **Filter is not working**
The title changes, but the card remains the same for all.
2. **Missing the proposal budget type in the proposal list card.**
3. **Missing proposal name**

4. **"If possible, provide evidence of wider community endorsement for this proposal?"**
The text field is empty with a bullet point, even though there is a value for it.
5. **Empty link icons for unadded URLs and labels on further information.**
6. **Comment count includes reply comments as well.**

7. **Missing dRep tag, dRep name, and dRep ID on comments by registered dRep.**
