## Description
On the **GovTool Dashboard**, when the user is a **registered DRep**, the displayed ID should be the **CIP-129 ID** instead of the **legacy governance action ID** (CIP-105).
This change ensures consistency with current standards and improves clarity for users.
## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] On the dashboard, registered DReps see their **CIP-129 ID** displayed.
- [ ] **Legacy ID (CIP-105)** is not shown in this context.
- [ ] Display logic is only applied when the user is a **registered DRep**.
