Description
When a user goes to a page in the 'Outcomes' section that has a discussion related to it, and they click on the button to see the discussion, the text at the top of the page is incorrect.
At the top of the page, the bar in the Proposals section says the Submitted for Vote Date. EX:
While this may be correct, this vote is ended, and we have to bring the outcomes into this panel. It needs to say: Submitted for vote on (Numerically), Epoch . Vote ended on (Numerically), Epoch . This action was .
The next line in the Proposal looks like this:
This is not only bad English, but is incorrect for a proposal that has had an outcome. The line should say "Voting has been completed for this Action" Button needs to change to "See Outcome"
