Introduce the ability to **display assigned ADA Handles** for DReps in:
- **DRep Directory**
- **DRep Details**

### Why?

- Improves visibility of ADA Handles, which are widely recognized in the Cardano ecosystem.
- Helps users easily identify and distinguish DReps by their ADA Handle.
- Ensures consistency by displaying ADA Handles alongside existing DRep information.

### How?

- **Design a UI element** for displaying ADA Handles in both the **DRep Directory** and **DRep Details**.
- Implement the designed ADA Handle display in both locations.
- Ensure the display is clear, concise, and does not clutter the UI.
