### What?

- DRep activity is kinda a weird concept that isnt super obvious to people
- Lets add a button to DRep's dashboard to make them active again
- This button could submit a DRep update certificate with the same anchor they are using now

### Why?

- This gives DReps an easy way to ensure they are active, and also abstracts away some of the ledger design details

### How?

- Add a button to the DRep dashboard which when pressed creates a transaction with a DRep update cert with the DRep's current metadata
