I was trying to edit my proposal after trying to submit it to chain and getting a 'data mismatch' error

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a proposal
2. Try to submit it to chain
3. Go through motions, but get 'data does not match' error
4. Click "Go to data edit screen"

### Actual behavior

Goes to data confirmation screen

### Expected behavior

Goes to data edit screen
