The details of the governance actions are typically stored externally, e.g. IPFS or even as a github gist.

It would be great if you could show a warning to user (as you currently do) and then if user wishes to see it, fetch the external details and render it inside an iframe with sandbox="true" so that users will not have to do extra work to see the contents/details of the governance action they are being asked to vote on.
