Description
## Context & versions
- As a registered dRep, I cannot locate my dRep in the dRep directory. However, if I delegate to any dRep listed in the dRep directory and then navigate to the dRep directory again, I can find my dRep listed and delegate to myself.
## Steps to reproduce
- Register as a dRep.
- Delegate to another dRep listed in the directory.
- Navigate to the dRep directory or view your dRep details.
