## Context & versions
There is currently no interface to delete a proposal draft. This functionality is necessary as users should be able to delete a proposal draft.
## Actual Behavior
- Missing proposal draft deletion functionality.
## Expected Behavior
- There should be an interface to delete proposal drafts like proposal deletion
