Some of our tutorials and session notes need to be updated, i.e. commands that don't work, packages that no longer exist, and dead links.
Work will happen on the `fix/tutorial-code-samples` branch and ship as one PR.
## Checklist: tutorials to verify
Go through each file, follow the steps like a new user would, and tick it off
when it works (or once it's fixed).
